Once all stakeholders are involved, we will ensure that all relevant parties are advised about the matters regarding the stones that are used in the projects and support them with technical expertise. Once the project officially starts, we will provide the technical information and advice on the architectural plans or construction plans. Prior to the installation, we will provide a plan – so you, your client or the contractor has the right expectations. In every step of the process, communication is the critical success indicator.
